Overview
The Junction Shelf, designed by Giel Dedeurwaerder for Belgian design brand Serax, takes us back to the time when modular systems were solid and functional. The wall shelf is made of several modules, which can be assembled in any order along the wood rod, customized to the aesthetics and functionality of your choice. The soft colors and natural materials give this shelf a timeless character. The Junction shelf is very easy to assemble.

Giel Dedeurwaerder
Giel Dedeurwaerder is a talented young designer born in 1990 who graduated from the Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen in Kortrijk (Belgium) as an industrial product designer in 2011. After collaborations with Limited Editions and Woodgroup Cras, he decided to start his own design studio and has since partnered with renowned design brands such as Serax, Bastalpe, Collstrop, Xlboom. Giel always focuses on a perfect balance between functionality, philosophy and proportions. Combining this approach with a passion for art history and authenticity makes his designs unique. He is influenced by constructivism and artists like el Lissitzky, Gustav Klucis, Rodchenko.
