Overview
This cushion was designed to bring the final touch to the String Lounge Chair. It has a delicate appearance, demonstrating the obsessive attention to details of WM Studio designers: "The contrast between the thin metal wire and the soft cushion evokes the urge to touch and use the product.”
The WM Cushion is made of high quality fabric from premium textile specialist Gabriel. It is available in two colors: light gray (Luna 2) and dark gray (Luna 2). It can be used outside but it is not designed to withstand the elements and should be taken inside when not in use. The cushion is secured to chair via leather straps with metal snap button.

Studio WM
Wendy Legro and Maarten Collignon are the founders of Studio WM - a design studio based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The two started working together right after graduation at the Design Academy Eindhoven, as they discovered their different ways of approaching design complemented each other. Their creative drive comes from a shared passion for detail and aesthetics. Their work field varies from furniture to interior and installation. All with great attention to detail and an intuitive approach to the sensorial experience. Scent, touch and sound are in harmony with the physique, striving to create sensitive and poetical design.
