Pendant Light Gople, White

by Bjarke Ingels Group

In Stock

The Gople Lamp is the latest product in the ongoing collaboration between Artemide and Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG). Gople is shaped like a pill, and its glass shape helps the light diffuse a soft glow throughout, creating a comfortable ambience. The basic form of the Gople Lamp enhances the beauty of handblown glass, following an ancient Venetian technique in Murano that gradually turns colored glass into crystal glass, thus making each piece unique. The various color finishes are made with an innovative and sustainable metal vacuum deposition process, called "sputtering" that produces less waste/emissions than galvanic processes. The glass finishing is designed to ensure the best relationship with the emitted light, screening the source and maximizing direct emission through transparency. Gople Lamp comes in silver, white, copper, blue or bronze gradients.

Artemide has been a worldwide leader in lighting design with an unparalleled commitment to technological innovation, research and human interaction, committed to the philosophy of "the Human Light". For over six decades, Artemide has created award-winning collaborations with some of the world’s most talented designers.
