Overview
The Echasse Collection was initially created in 2017 by designer Theresa Rand for Danish brand Audo Copenhagen. It was originally inspired by test tubes in laboratories. The word "échasse" is French for stilts: this colored glass vase in the shape of a drop is supported by four slender brass legs, like stilts. The 2021 models are in mouthblown glass of amber color with bronzed brass legs.
Audo Copenhagen is dedicated to producing high quality design pieces with a modern, crisp Scandinavian look.

Theresa Rand
Studio Theresa Rand, is a Copenhagen based design studio working on furniture and interior design projects. The studio's work focuses on the use of high quality, natural materials and the way in which they are combined. The outcome is a range of functional but poetic furniture with a story to tell, and spaces with a strong atmosphere, which put focus back on the people living and acting in these spaces.
