Overview

The April Vase (Vase d’Avril) now exists in Limoges porcelain. This iconic object of French design is transformed by the grace and softness of white porcelain revealing the flowers in all their beauty.

“When I put flowers in the first prototype of the porcelain vase, I immediately fell in love with it” says designer Sigolène Prébois.

Inspired by Japanese Ikebana, this vase magnifies the beauty of flowers by presenting each one in a separate tube. A few flowers is all it takes to adorn this signature vase! The April Vase is an articulated sculpture with a metallic structure and interlocking tubes. It can be arranged in a multitude of manners: line up a row of peonies in front of your window or create a round composition of wild flowers on your coffee table.

Zinc becomes matt on contact with water and is adorned with a light gray rust similar to frost. In addition, the metal parts cannot withstand the dishwasher or harsh cleaning products. The Vases d’Avril can be cleaned with liquid soap.
