Overview

The Pendant Here Comes the Sun was created in 1970 by Bertrand Balas, a French architect and re-edited in 2015 by French design brand DCW Editions. The Toulouse, France born architect was inspired by the sunsets over the Garonne river in his home town. At first glance, this original design is like all the other lamps that get called an ‘Original’, but once lit, the Here Comes the Sun pendant takes on a magical quality. Darkness looses its rawness and metamorphoses into something reassuring thanks to its comforting aura. Here Comes the Sun has become a bestseller due to its versatile configuration as a pendant or a cluster of lights in various heights and diameters provides a beautiful light for a variety of places.

DCW Editions is a French design brand specializing in lighting. Best known for the Lampe Gras, a re-edition of the iconic 1921 lamp, they draw inspiration from the past to create chic and timeless quality lights, designed to last.
