Olivier Gagnère

Olivier Gagnère is an artist and French designer. He was born in 1952. He started his career in 1980 collaborating with the famous designer Ettore Sottsass and the Memphis group in Milan. He worked with master glassmakers in Murano to create his first glasswork. Playing with materials and shapes, he has created over his career pieces of ceramics, glasswork, and lighting for the most renowned international companies. He regularly collaborates with galleries such as Marc Lamouric (Paris), Neotu (Paris and New York), Kréo (Paris, London) or Maeght. Interior designer, ceramist, Olivier Gagnère is a complete artist inspired by the decorative arts, mixing tradition and modernism.
