Overview
The Vinyl-Vinyl Chair gives the classic school chair a second life. The chair, with the classic tube frame has taken its place as design object in our day-to-day living area thanks to Luc Vincent’s transformation. The traditional seat and back in wood are replaced by colorful vinyl surfaces in five color combinations.

Designer
Luc Vincent
Belgian designer Luc Vincent studied at La Cambre in Belgium and was for several years a partner of Jean Nouvel Design in Paris. He now works as an independent designer and art director for several brands such as Modular, Bulo and Serax. A clear evolution is noticeable in his work. Banal formalism and competitive shapes are dropped. The study of the functional side which has become essential. Flowers constitute a constant thread in Luc Vincent’s life: as a child he was stimulated by the scents, as an adult the flowers add color to his living environment. BLOOM, his own collection of vases was the next logical step. His current collection for Serax, Vinyl Vinyl, revisits the classic school chair submerged it in a colour bath.
