Overview

The Ice Cream Spoon was designed by Patrick Jouin for Puiforcat as part of the Argent Gourmand collection. The art of pastry, a demanding and voluptuous craft at the peak of the culinary repertoire, is a creative field into which Puiforcat has often ventured. The Maison facilitated the encounter between Pierre Hermé, virtuoso of sweet gastronomy, and the designer Patrick Jouin, renowned for his bold designs. Together, they imagined Argent Gourmand, a collection of dessert dishes in which curves reign supreme, reflecting the excellence of the silversmiths in the Puiforcat workshop, who master the difficult task of creating regular curves and perfect reflection of light. The Ice Cream Spoon can be paired with an Ice Cream Cup (sold separately).

Boasting exceptional savoir-faire, the House of Puiforcat offers pieces of its heritage while imagining the classics of tomorrow. Going beyond tableware, the House of Puiforcat dedicates its expertise to cultivating a complete silversmith’s Art de vivre around the art of fine taste and decoration. The Parisian silversmith Puiforcat is regarded as one of the legendary names in European silver craftsmanship.
