The Platinum Confettis Presentation Plate was designed by Catherine Lévy and Sigolène Prébois. This plate is made in France in fine white porcelain and hand-painted with real platinum dots. The white color of the porcelain has a traditional slight hint of blue. The plate is cast between two plaster molds following a traditional method. Carefully crafted, it is intentionally irregular: its imperfections are not defects, they are part of the design and make each plate unique. The porcelain is durable and impact resistant. The platinum decor makes the plate precious and fragile and it is not safe in microwave ovens and should not be put in a dishwasher or washed with an abrasive sponge. The presentation plate is part of the Confettis collection, which also includes a serving dish, a dinner plate, a dessert plate, a large bowl, a small bowl, a tea cup, an espresso cup and a coffe cup.

Catherine Lévy and Sigolène Prébois are the founders and designers of Tsé-Tsé Associées, a French design brand specializing in lighting, tableware and home accessories. Through the years, they have become known for their fierce creative independence. Inspired by their travels, they like to play with colors and to create unexpected associations, always with a hint of humour. Some of their creations have become iconic, like the April Vase, which has become part of the permanent collections of the Centre Pompidou National Museum of Modern Art.
